Radio League - Live Music App Reviews

From running a couple minutes behind the actual broadcast, to long pauses for no reason, this app is terrible. My radio station had a much better app of their own before they were forced to go to this piece of crap by their parent company. Apple please hurry with Next radio so I can listen to something!

The music skips constantly like an old record. I listen to a morning show and it skips when they are speaking as well. It also gave me a safety warning when I started to download the app, but its now the ONLY way I can listen to my local radio station on my phone. If you can avoid this app, I would!!

I used to love listening to my favorite morning show but now it has become more of a problem than its worth! The music volume is so low you have to turn it up to hear it and then the commercials or DJ volume is way too loud. Too much trouble.

Its really everything you want in a radio/music app and nothing you dont. Easy navigation, bright and have had no stability issues. Microphone is a nice, interactive feature.

I was able to find a favorite station quickly.

It took a bit of tapping around to get used to this app, but once I did, its actually a really great way to listen to any type of music without having to subscribe to a paying service. All my favorite stations are easy to select and access again. And the stories on Now Trending are fun to read, too. Would definitely recommend giving it a chance!

They did a good job of getting lots of different kinds of music, theres something there for whatever your taste is. Also, pretty tough to beat free.

I downloaded Radio League to specifically check out their digital streaming options, but was pleasantly surprised to see the fantastic selection of local stations, including Milwaukee’s 94.5 the Lake and 620WTMJ, two of my favorite stations! I think the Open Mic feature is unique and I can’t wait to send a message to my favorite station. You really can’t beat Radio League for free streaming music.

Im only giving this app 1 star cause theres no options for LESS than 1 star. I don know why 104.5 (in Wichita) agreed to join this sorry league.

My radio station switched over to this app recently. Im not pleased at all. The app loads slowly if and when it decides to work. When it does the audio stutters. I dont understand how they consider this an upgrade. Thanks Journal Broadcast for this gem.. Im better off streaming directly from the website. (Until you figure out a way to take that away too.)

Works in some towns and cities, but also it doesnt work so well in some places.

Switched because the old app would not work. Have never heard any music with this app.

Streaming works great and interface is easy to use.

I would use it if you woul add a sleep timer so I could use it at night

One of the poorest apps I have had the misfortune to use. While I had it (less than one half hour) not one song or commercial played without cutting out. At least I had time to think while it took its time to load. Too bad my radio station took a leap backwards.

Signing in with Facebook doesnt work, signing up for a new account via email address doesnt work. And apparently without logging in I cant even find my favorite station, the ONLY reason I downloaded this app in the first place. Please fix the bugs in the new update quickly.

The latest update is a total fail--cant log in, app crashes if you try to listen without logging in.

I recently got this app because my local went to it and I love it so far. Although I was unable to register I am still able to listen by clicking "skip registration". Sweet app again not loaded with ads and junk like a few others i have used. It is also really easy and quick to switch between stations. GREAT JOB!

Please fix the issues you created with the last update. Cannot log in. Does not remember my favorites.

Cant log in to listen to my stations therefore there is no point in using it. Very disappointing.
